I need help completing a PIP claim as I am bi polar have OCD and dislexic

    What specifically do you need helping with? As above, this is a public forum and if you are looking for a form to be filled out on your behalf, I would consult Citizens Advice (although I wish you good luck with that one as they do have limited resources).
