Hi,
I'm struggling a little with the form. I am waiting for my full ADHD assessment, having scored very highly in my initial assessment. I also have quite severe circulation problems with my hands ~(and sometimes my feet). Raynaud's. Which is affecting me particularly bad this year. I usually get a little relief over the summer months but not really this year. I am in excruciating pain daily but inconsistently. It comes and it goes. The weather is definitely a factor and I become more or less a recluse in winter, as no amount of clothes, layered pairs of gloves and socks or duvets make the slightest bit of difference. This year will be even worse than last year, as we had help towards our energy bill. I put the heating on for 20 minutes at a time, just to take the chill out of the air. Still, I struggled with the bills. This year it would mean not putting the heating on at all, but this will exacerbate my condition greatly. I'm anxious just thinking about it. The pain only stopped in June this year and was back by August. This year it has changed... Instead of me having clear breaks from the pain, I have whole hands pins and needles, severely aching joints and my thumbs feel like they are in clamps. Weirdly, my thumbs act separately from my fingers.
I don't know how to answer the questions, that shows the difficulty I have using my hands at all when I have an attack. This means food prep, dressing, toileting or ANY activity has to be put on hold until I have feeling back in my hands. I can't hold anything, no fine motor skills, no bending of my fingers. I don't know how to explain the ADHD difficulties I have alongside each question they ask me.
Do I explain examples of how each condition affects my ability to do what they are asking for each question?
Thanks in advance.
