Hi, I hope you are well. My landlord has given me a section 21 notice. I've been living in this flat for 21 years. I'm now disabled, on benefits and some estate agents want a guarantor for anyone on any type of benefits. Then there are landlords who only want working tenants. I hope I will find a small studio that will accept my 2 cockatiels.
