Hi im on ssp which runs out on 5/10/23 and esa to start then i have sent ssp1 form in i have sick note until feb 24 and 6 weeks holidays to take can i claim these on esa

Providing you're not actually "working" then holiday pay will not affect your New style ESA. If you return to work under permitted work rules in the future then holiday pay will be classed as earnings. If earnings go above permitted work rules then you won't be entitled to ESA.
