Hi new on here but feel so let down at the moment.i have always worked hard as a single mum for many years they are all grown up now and living there own lives as adults.i have suffered with Anxiety from the age of 30 but with the help if medication and therapy I managed to carry on and I suppose just learn yo live with the anxiety and panick.about 6 months ago I noticed my hearing was bad in my left ear so went to have an earing test.flowed by MRI scan as I was totally deaf in the 1 ear.the tinitus and virtigo now made sence as you can imagine this also bought on my anxiety again to a high level.i decided to claim for pip wich itself is a nightmare process. To cut a lo g story short my assessor made up her mind as soon as she asked the question do you work wich I answered yes .she didn't give me chance to explain that I need my partner to help me every morning due to the sudden vertigo as when I bend down forward the spinning starts this is why I need a lot of help from my partner to get me to my workplace.if It wasn't for him helping me to dress.taking me there and picking me up I wouldn't be able to work as I explained I would have a panick attack .Well I received the decision and its 0 points on everything

Hello @GraceandConnie2020
Welcome to the community!
I'm so sorry to hear that your assessment didn't go well and that your health hasn't been great. Can I ask, do you have support around you with your tinnitus and vertigo?
You can put through for Mandatory Reconsideration on your PIP outcome if you wish too. Citizen's Advice can be a great help if you need it0 -
Hi thanks for your reply .yes I am going to ask for an MR just waiting to recieve the assessors report so i am aware of exactly what the assessor wrote .
