I’m hoping for some good chat. 

I have limiting physical disabilities also depression, anxiety and get overwhelmed at times and feel like I need to shut down. 

I do love peoples company though and do my best to be cheerful. I’m at my best in nature and with animals. 

I’m recently separated and feeling a bit isolated.  

Sounds grim reading it back but it’s not always dark days. 

I look forward to chatting to you all.

hello @Cailla_Lily, welcome, nice to meet you, like you i have physical disabilities and COPD, Where i live when i wake up the first thing i see out of the windows is green fields, i'm normally awake before dawn breaks, and when it does the field across the road from me comes alive with birds, a few rabbits and a family of Muntjak Deer, mum, dad and the 2 youngsters, I couldn't imagine living in a town because you would never see nature when it wakes, It sounds like you live in the countryside, so you must have an idea what i mean, If you ever want a chat i'm about most days, so if you like drop us a line sometime.
