After weeks and weeks of anxious waiting my autistic son has just been awarded DLA does anyone know how long a backdated payment takes to reach my account as my son desperately needs a new mattress for his bed

Great news, the backdated payment should be with you within 3-5 working days. Judging by the date, this will either be on Friday or next week on Monday.0
