LCW means there's no extra money each month. You won't be expected to look for work but maybe expected to do work related activity, such as attend appointments.LCWRA you'll be entitled to an extra £390.06/month from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. You will not be expected to look for work or do any work related activity, such as attend any appointments.0

There's Limited Capability for Work (LCW) & Limited Capability for Work & Work Related Activity (LCWRA). If you get LCW then you are expected to prepare for work you may be able to do in the future; LCWRA you're not expected to have to prepare for work at all. LCWRA also means a person would get an additional amount of money each month (£390.06) with the LCWRA element.
