I have a question the points which are showing in the picture I attached what are they for ? Can they be exchanged for anything?

Everytime you comment you receive points. Once you have 25 points you can send private messages to other members. Other than that there's no other benefits to them. To be honest i never take any notice of the points.

Exactly that’s why I usually do not log in when I visit , because of rude comments like this !
I think there is a code of conduct on how we should treat others !
I was not expecting anything but thought that you could maybe earn other badges 🤷🏻♀️
maybe remember for next time : if you have nothing nice to say then just be quiet !
Because you never know what kind of day the person might have had and your comment might have been the one thing pushing them over the edge mentally!

Hi @Alex6471, welcome back to the community
The points are simply a system to interact with. The more people interact on the community the more points you get. You get community badges the higher your points. It's mostly just a fun little system for community activity. I understand the confusion though, as there are some places that use the word "points" as a currency system.
Regarding what woodbine said, as he's already explained he did not mean anything rude by it. It can be very difficult to get tone through just text, so misunderstandings can often crop up when wording and tone is ambiguous. You're always welcome here, do let us know if there is anything we can do to help you feel comfortable here1
