Hi I have a unique 500 mobility scooter and wondered what the switch is under the seat it looks like a consumer unit block with a switch on it, is it a kill switch or does it activate 3rd gear.?

Hi @leigh420, welcome to our community Interesting that it's unique! That does seem a touch confusing.
Do you know where you got it from/if it is based off a standard model? It may be best trying to contact the manufacturer if they did not give you a manual for the scooter.
I'm going to also pop this into our equipment category, members that use that category may know more and it'll make this more visible to them0 -
Hello @leigh420, just looked online and these are supplied by a firm called GlebeHealthCare.co.uk, I would imagine if you were to contact them they may be able to help you with your question, email support@glebehealthcare.com. It looks like there are plenty of other firms that supply these, this was just the first one on the list, if they don't know they will probably know who does. Good luck with this and welcome to the forum. Wilshyboy.0
