Why are people saying they have received a txt from dwp to say they have been awarded pip I've never know anyone to receive at text saying this in first place it's illegal on data protection act and the correct method is to message saying g you will receive a letter in 2 weeks explaining everything!?

I'm not sure why you think it's illegal for DWP to send a text message to say they've been awarded PIP because this isn't correct. When a text message is sent the message just states "you have successfully been awarded PIP, you will receive the decision letter within the next 2 weeks." It doesn't mention what the award is and therefore data protection is irrelevant. They've been sending texts for a couple of years and applies to first time claims only. Though not every first time claim will receive this text. For reviews award texts are not sent.1

I've had this text and I agree with @poppy123456 it would not fall under a data protection breach.
It doesn't list a name, any personal details, medical info or financial information. The number would have also been provided by the receiver for the purpose of contact by DWP.
If it falls into the wrong hands after its been provided for those purposes, that's not the senders fault.
I found it very reassuring personally as it cuts out some level of the anxiety of waiting.
You don't know how much you are awarded but at least you know you were successful.1
