Went in for a MR decision, rang up today after it being 5 weeks since I went in for the MR a decision was apparently made 2 days ago, now I’m waiting on the letter as they couldn’t tell me over the phone what the decision was, although I was told if I still disagree with the decision once I receive the letter than I can go in for an appeal, is that her way of telling me I don’t have an award?

I don't think that means anything because any decision can be challenged, if you disagree with it.

Thank you @poppy123456 am I right in thinking that the pass rate for MR is quite low? Also if I was to be successful isn’t it known for some people to receive their back pay before getting the actual decision letter?

Yes, it's low at about 23%. Usually money owed is received before the decision letter.

Thank you @Hannah_Scope I rang pip again today and was told my decision which wasn’t a success, so looks like I will be starting an appeal, just no sure how to do that. I scored 6 on daily living and 4 on mobility and that is what it was before I went in for my MR0
