Reviews are suspended for most people. They will likely start back fully by the end of the year.LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.
When it’s time for your review if you have access to a journal you will receive a letter to say they are referring you. A few days later you will receive the UC50 form in the post. It’s the same form as you last filled in.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Hi @marymcdoll, welcome to the community
As poppy said reviews are likely to start towards the end of this year and start of next year. You will receive communication about the review ahead of time and then you will get the form.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Opinions are my own, such as mashed potato being bad. -
Yes got notified through my journal didn't think I'd be going through it again so soon only started receiving lcwra in December because of the 3 month wait is it the full form that you have to fill out again
-
Are you 100% sure it says they are referring you for another work capability assessment? The letter will be exactly the same as the first letter you received and it will tell you they are referring you.Or is it a review of your UC entitlement to check that your benefits entitlement is correct? These are 2 completely different things.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi @marymcdoll as @poppy123456 says, are you sure it's a WCA review they're asking you to complete? My daughter works for the DWP and has said that reviews for LCWRA are way behind schedule still, due to the backlog from Covid. I myself was due a review in December last year and I'm still waiting, which kind of proves the point. As the both the LCWR and WC are both being phased out, I am reliably informed that most reviews will not happen for some considerable time and quite a long time at that.

Apologies to Poppy, I'm new here and didn't see until after I'd tagged you that you have your notifications turned off. Apologies also to @marymcdoll, as I seem to have missed some letters off some of my words! 🤦

At the moment all we have is "speculation" nothing is set in stone until the regulations are put into place.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. @Whiskey26 thank you for your reply maybe its because I live in Northern Ireland yes it's definitely a review still waiting on form to come in post I'm just going to be in panic mode till its sorted either way
-
I'm quite surprised with that because you've only recently had your last WCA. Though they can review you at anytime they are suspended for the majority of people. It will be the usual UC50 form.

@marymcdoll . Try not to worry too much. If your circumstances are exactly the same as they were at the time of your first assessment, you have nothing to worry about.
