Intermittent problems accessing the online community

This has been going on for about 5-6 weeks.This morning I received these messages, 'Permission denied,' & 
{ "type": "Error", "message": "Unsupported operand types", "code": 0 }  several times.
Previously in addition to the 'Permission denied' messages, I've had 'Something has gone wrong' & 'Web server down error 521.' I could still connect with other web sites.
Usually everything is OK after a few minutes, but I've previously lost replies to posts when not saving drafts, so it is a little frustrating.
