Hi,
I need some help and advice. I am on Universal Credit and have not worked for a long time. I have been looking for work but I have health problems which affect me daily, this includes mental health.
I have told Universal Credit and have been told to provide fit notes. UC are aware of my mental health problems. I have other health issues too. I was born with a disfigurement which is noticable on the upper part of my face. I always cover because of how it looks. I have had bad past experiences growing which has stayed with me
Thanks for any help

You will need to go through the work capability assessment. To start the process you need to report a change of circumstances and then report you health condition. You then need to provide a fit note within 7 days of that. You need to continue to send them without any gaps until a decision is made on the work capability assessment.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
