Hi
I had a fit note accepted on 8th June and was awarded LCWRA on 19th July. My UC payment date is the 7th of each month.
Would anyone be able to advise me on when I am likely to get my first LCWRA payment please? Its just all a bit confusing.

That's an exceptionally quick decision. Your waiting period will be July to Sept.. LCWRA starts from 1st Oct to 31st Oct and first payment will be 7th November.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Yes I thought it was a quick decision but I did apply for it last year and after a telephone consultation the health assessment board deemed I was capable of some sort of work . At my yearly review this year in May I was informed my condition had got worse which is why I handed in a new fit note. I was awarded it without a consultation this time.
Thank you for the info ... most helpful
