I have already been awarded LCWRA but due to my mental health struggles - anxiety, depression, back pain and foot pain (gout I am being told), I am struggling to cope, I can't walk due to severe foot pain, 3 weeks and still on going, tablets pain killers are not helping, the pain is still there, doctors gave me ibuprofen gel to use but that's not helping either, will be giving in blood test on monday as doctors said we will find out the issue that way. I've been expriencing foot pain for a long time, I have flat feet, so I struggle to walk anyways due to the pain I get after. I know pip is stressful and not sure If I can go through the stress its going to put me in. any advice please.

The way PIP works is that they look at your ability to complete tasks over the majority of the time, in line with the descriptors. You must have had those difficulties for at least 3 months and these must be expected to continue for at least 9 months. If this does apply to you, there's nothing stopping you putting a claim in.
See the PIP descriptors here:
https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/personal-independence-payment-pip/pip-points-system
Please note that you require at least 8 points for a standard rate award of Daily Living and 12 points for the Enhanced rate with the same on the Mobility component.
See some links on PIP and the way things work here:

Unfortunately, having a LCWRA award doesn't guarantee you an award of PIP. They are two separate benefits with different sets of descriptors. You can claim both with no issues if found to be eligible though.
Good luck with everything and if you need any further help, please do ask and someone will be around to help.1
