I have an oven style air fryer, it is invaluable & easy to use. It has a drop down door & 2 mesh shelves, as opposed to the pull out basket type.

I think you should just buy the cheapest on the market because as you use them they are very difficult to clean so you can replace them often and try them out along the way

I bought the dual ninja one a few months ago and it’s brilliant! Cooks everything I need to cook in less than half the time of an oven.

Mine isn’t difficult at all. The drawer pulls out and on the inside you have a removable part that just lifts out. A quick wash in warm soapy water and job done.

I purchased the Breville Halo air fryer back in 2013, and it's still working perfectly. After reading Poppy's review of the Ninja air fryer, I will certainly consider it as a replacement when the time comes.

I received the Ninja Soup and Smoothie maker as a birthday gift this year, and I must admit, I'm highly impressed with it. On those days when I don't feel like cooking, I can simply toss in some vegetables, whether they're frozen or fresh, and create delicious soups. Additionally, the smoothie function allows me to use up any leftover fruit from the week, and the results are just as good, if not better, than shop bought ones. What's even more convenient is that the machine cleans itself after each use.

I chose the dual one because in my previous actify i couldn't cook 2 things at the same time and it was annoying.

It's so much better than i ever thought it was going to be. I love how i can cook 2 things and have the one drawer start first and the 2nd one to start later but both finish at the same time. Or you can just cook both at the same time, or even just the one drawer, of course. Everything tastes so much better than in the oven too. I've cooked a whole chicken in there too and it tasted so good!

I would definitely recommend one, although they are expensive but for me, worth every penny.

We never have a problem cleaning ours, we usually line it with foil.
Why did I never think of this.

Many air-fryers are quite easy to use. I certainly find it easier to use than an oven without a disability that limits my movement! No need to bend down for example. It obviously has more limits on how much it can take but many come with other functions that make it easy to keep track of the cooking or other cooking options (ours has a dehydrate function we use to dry herbs from the garden).

As much as I'd love a dual air fryer we've not really the counter space unfortunately! I do concur it nearly always has better results than a conventional oven. I'm not *yet* convinced it's cheaper energy wise. I've not really looked into it, but it is more compact and cooks more quickly, thus less energy usage?

I think if you're cooking more than one thing and you've only a single-basket air fryer the oven is probably more energy efficient?
