Hi I should have had a call today after sending in sick notes for 4 months to universal.  They didn’t ring I rang them to be told it was cancelled and they have done it without talking to me
anyone else had this please and the outcome

    Is this the work capabililty assessment? If so then yes it's possible to have a paper based assessment. It means they had enough of information to write the report without any assessment. Not a bad thing in my opinion.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
