There could be many reasons why a Tribunal can be adjourned. I'm afraid because i don't know anything about your case then i can't tell you why this may have happened. That's a rather quick hearing date from the time you requested it. Are you appearing in person or having a telephone/video hearing?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

The notice for the decision on the papers .will be re-scheduled on the first available date after 14th November
the tribunal found may of be in the interest to engage in hearing
members of tribunal are excluded from future involvement in appeal
the tribunal considers that it may be helpful if they had copies from constipation’s & drs
your can show your Gp to explain what tribunal have decided -

I advised in your previous thread that paper based hearings have a very low success rate of only between 5-8%. It's always in your best interests not to choose this option. They always prefer to hear from you in your own words exactly how your conditions affect you.Appearing in person/telephone or video will give you a 68% chance of success.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
