LCWRA Phone Assessment. Now awaiting a specialist?

Hello. So I’ve followed and read every last post on this site for weeks regarding the phone assessment. Basically in short when I originally filled out my forms I hadn’t met with surgeon. So on today’s telephone assessment the man was lovely. I began to tell him exactly what was wrong etc and he said this wasn’t in your forms and I understand that being because the hospital appointments came after. He then said I need to speak with a specialist doctor not him as he has no understanding of my condition.
New appointment as been booked via video call in 2 weeks time. Should I be concerned
my conditions are 2 slipped discs in neck that requires urgent surgery through my throat. One at a time as they are really pretty much to the other side causing numbness can’t lift arm leg goes etc
Spondylolisthesis due back hospital tomorrow to discuss metal rod in spine
depression I’d say caused through my illnesses.

Nothing was mentioned about this I’m worried they are focusing too much on the other stuff. If I have a video call with specialist will they still listen to everything and how it affects me daily
Thank you so much for your help. What a great site xx
