    Hi @tobatiksingh, welcome to our community :) I hope you're doing well today!

    Is there a particular reason you're interested in it? I know a few trials have shown it can bring some benefits but I don't believe it's recommended or been proven to be a net positive just yet. It's very much still in research stages.

    I'll move this over to our autism category perhaps people know more information about it there than I do.
