    @Ada Don't worry about me. I think I am going to get better. Ever since I joined this forum I have read your posts and I know matters aren't easy for you, but you are always kind and understanding to everyone, including me. And I know you love your dog, so that makes you a good person anyway. Scope got in touch with me about my mental health (which I think is ok). I answered some questions and as a result my GP practice got in touch immediately and I have to go and see them about my mindset. I sort of know I am ok, but I am glad I will be able to speak to a doctor about how I feel. It is getting on for 3 in the morning and I hope you are asleep by now.
