Counting sheep doesn't really work for me. I have to stay awake all night long or take a sleeping tablet or down a bottle of wine. Nothing is ideal; no avenue that I walk along gets me to the destination I long for: A good nights sleep! I wish I could close my eyes and go to sleep, but it is not going to happen.1
