Hi I'm Tim, 56 yo male diagnosed with ADHD Combined presentation just over three years ago.

I started a charity three years ago to help others affected by ADHD having realised that there were no support groups, no information and no help from the NHS.

Later I trained as a Life Coach specialising in ADHD so that I could extend the support that I can give to others.
