Scoliosis Pain

So I've woken up this morning with pain in the base of my skull, congested sinuses, vertigo and a spreading headache
I get scoliosis pain
It is not always in the same place, just body pain, sometimes tingling in my lower legs, all kinds of stuff.
I have a s curved spine, twisted neck, ribcage and pelvis.
How do I cope with all this
Gp did a referral to pain management clinic on sep 12 after my transforming care lady asked them repeatedly to do it and I complained to pals.
Not heard anything.
I can no longer contact or go to gp because of my mental health and the bad treatment I've had from them previously
Anyone else here have scoliosis
What should I do
With this and my mental health I've had enough.

Hi @Bettahm, I'm so sorry to hear you've been struggling and asking for help but nothing has happened.
Your GP is quite vital to getting you treatment, is there another surgery available to you at all or a specific doctor you've had good interactions with at the current surgery?
If there's not another one you fall within the catchment area for there are still ways to apply for GPs outside their regular catchment area Registering with a GP surgery outside your local area - NHS (www.nhs.uk).
Do you know which clinic you were referred to specifically? Sometimes they have a phone number or email you can contact them on to get information on when you are likely to hear from them.0 -

I didnt know you could apply for a gp outside your area and will look at that.

@Jimm_Scope
And now I've filled in a general enquiry form to the pain management clinic at the main county hospital to see how long the wait just to hear back from them is. Would like to know I'm on the waiting list at my local community hospital.
Thanks for your help.
Be good to move to a new gp1 -
I really do hope you can change your GP. They are just so vital to getting proper care under the NHS and it's so frustrating when people (including myself in the past) are let down by badly run GP surgeries.
Let us know how you get on.0 -
