I feel let down by the NHS ... For probably over 19 years I had? A UMN injury ... And been given Heart meds ....  The kicker is
I been saying I got Autonomic Dysreflexia..For last 3! years and I may as well be taking to a wall .. Bit of history ... In 2005 I was in a car crash and hit in the head - cerebellum with a lump of metal ... For there on I had different things happening... In 2009 I end up in hospital paralyzed with what looked like a virus? I Had bulging s1L5 disc it took a year!! To get over... ...I now know it was a! UMN injury and AD not a virus as my AD is bowel triggered and the feeling came back after a bowel movement... Move on in 2015 my BP hit 180/130 and then the years of Heat meds   and Doctors saying BMI ... Problem is my body over rides meds I had lots and lots of blood tests  scans.  my bp that is now daily in the 180's but I can tension my back it will go to 260.. Same if I tension my anus! .. The AD ... There is a lot more to it And sill now my Doctor's Diagnosis is Hypertension.Elevated BMI. Multiple drug intolerances.    I'm at UMNS with spasticity... Autonomic Dysrelexia. And MS! ...Yes i sponge walk etc ... If I take a muscle relaxing drug or have a bath my BP drops .. The thoracic muscle tension is getting bad.. Best a Cardiology doctor did was to ask me to talk to Time to talk for my Anxiety as ask for Diazepam... so I put my Bp to 260.160 in front of him and so ended up in CF for 1/2 a day.. .. I asked to see a neurologist but get nothing... Am I going mad or is the NHS that bad?? Sorry my spelling is bad..

    Hello @IDA

Welcome to the community! I am so sorry to hear you have been pushed from pillar to post. If you feel you are not getting the support from your hospital / consultants I would reach out to PALS for additional support. I also wonder if you can be referred to another specialist for a second opinion? Just as an "in" to get the ball rolling and getting you sorted.
