Problems with my flat and Redditch council

I need a better housing but Redditch Council give one house it want not for me and partner there give us a flat but it tiny to pair to my flat and say me I got lower band that take years to get nothing my illness is getting declined it's day weeks months and year's can u help me thank you take care [Person information removed by Moderation Team]
