Hello,
Does anyone know if there are any autistic friendly jobs available for someone with not much work experience, I need adjustments because of my autism and I also have dyscalculia.

In the future, my dream is to be cabin crew but I need the work experience to be able to do it. I also need my maths and English GCSE’s but would need help with that.
I have had jobs and last only a few days as I’m trying to mask and get very over stimulated as I know if you are honest with your autism you are looked over and don’t really stand a chance at getting a job.
I feel very lost and behind in life at the moment and all I want is to be seen, understood and not judged.

Hey there @asmkq and welcome!
Sounds like you've set your sights on a very worthwhile job role, I have a few friends who do the same and love it.
As for the masking, I did the same for so so long, but had decided to be open in my job applications and mention my autism in interviews now. You of course don't have to disclose ASD, but I found it's worth it as interviewers can have accommodations in place to make the process easier for you.
Have you had a look at our Support to Work page? There's lots of info and help to be gained there.0
