We are currently working on the Apply for a medal service - this service is for veterans or their next of kin to apply for medals that have been awarded, but not previously claimed. 

We are looking for people to take part in our research and offer open and honest feedback on the service.

We are unable to offer any monetary incentive for this research, but your feedback will help us shape the service for all users.

Research sessions will last up to 60 minutes, and will likely be held online.
