How long does it normally take?
I've only had 3 weeks notice for mine, is this normal? I was told it can be up to 18 months for the tribunal process. I never got legal advice so I think maybe I should now it's so soon, any advice on what to expect it is by telephone and over 3 days!

It's a rather sad fact that our current justice system has been underfunded to the point of being overwhelmed. I hope you get the outcome you're looking for when it comes to the tribunal but I think it's crazy that you will have to wait 2 years to just start the whole process.
Many people can't wait those 2 years.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with
