Hiya. I seen they are making changes to the Lcwra is that only gonna apply to new claims?

What you seen is what "may" happen. Nothing is set in stone yet and no regulations have been put in place. Nothing can happen until this is done. Whether it will happen is another story. Until that time, everything continues as it is now.

There was a consultation @smeggy, it's no longer accepting responses and we will see the results and the governments' response to the results by the end of the year. So the timetable says.
Even then, it will be over a year before we see any results of the changes.0 -
