You would only be entitled to SDP couples if your husband claims daily living PIP and no one claims carers allowance or carers element of UC for looking after either of you. You only mention that your husband claims standard PIP but there’s 2 parts to PIP.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

You will be entitled to couples SDP. You will need to ring Income Support to claim it. Once child benefit ends for you 16 year old then this will stop unless they are claiming a qualifying disability benefit their self.
Please also be aware that if you’re the main claimant of your IS claim then your husband will not be receiving any NI credits towards their state pension. In this situation he could claim carers allowance for looking after you and then you will be entitled to single person SDP. With carers allowance he will receive class 1 NI credits.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
