Hi allmy names paul' like all who have only started' I'm a bit unsure'so here goes'i had a full hip replacement nearly 4 weeks ago'my P. I. P is up in September 2024'do i need to tell them about my operation 'I've also found out since operation' i need another spinal op as well' I've already had in two past'but obviously thats futher down the line as i couldn't cope right now'just really unsure as my to what i need to do thanks to all in advance

No, this isn't a change of circumstances that needs to be reported. You need to be very careful when reporting changes because they will send you more forms to fill in and return and another assessment is most likely.Before reporting any changes you need to make sure it's possible to score more points needed for a higher award. After surgery it's perfectly normal to struggle more for a while until you start to recover from that surgery.As your award is due to end in September 2024 i would expect you to receive your forms around January 2024, if you were awarded by DWP.1
