Pip review taking a long time.

Hi.

My pip review was sent in April 2023, my pip award runs out Jan 28th 2023, I've had the texts to say they've recieved the review but I've heads nothing since June. How long are the reviews taking as I'm assuming the dwp close for the Xmas period, not sure how long for, bit feels like time is running out. 

Is it likely they'll extend my award? My award has been extended once due to covid, my car is back march 1st 2023 so without knowing what's going on I'm un able to order a new one, will the car be extended too?

There's very long delays for a lot of reviews. Your current award will continue until a decision is made on the review.
