Anyone else having issues uploading to MyGov today/yesterday?

Are the MyGov.scot servers down or is it just me having issues uploading and server failure messages?

How are you getting on now, @LostInTheVoid? I had a look on various 'down detection' websites to see if it had been marked as down by anyone else, but I couldn't find anything. Have you had any luck with the servers today?

That's ridiculous. No system is faultless and problems do occur sometimes. I remember a couple of months ago when some members were panicking because they couldn't access their online appeal tracker. Turned out the system was down for a while. Once it was sorted it was back to working as it should.

I know when using my desktop, there are times when things go wrong, it's part of life. In the same way that you could be at the checkouts to pay for your shopping and suddenly the till stops working, are you going to accuse them of scrapping the tills?

Assuming this is ADP, we don't often have threads here regarding this and i haven't seen anything else today. I hope it's sorted for you now.

1.) The guy is trolling me, just ignore it. 

2.) I have this a lot with the MyGov Uploader and is quite random, for example I can upload a few documents on one upload session fine and then go to do another and it keeps bringing up the server error page. Then I can immediately switch to my phone to try upload the same things and it'll work on my phone, then I get a few more doc uploaded on phone and I get server error again and can switch back to desktop and it works again, sometimes I get constant server errors on both devices. It's very odd and they always state when there's server maintenance happening so it's not that.

I managed to get it uploaded, it happens to me a lot as I mentioned to Poppy below.

That's good @LostInTheVoid Glad you were able to sort it, but it sounds like a frustrating issue!

How do I block a user on here? had a look but honestly can't find the option?
