My PIP back payments are being paid in installments, how much can I get in a lump sum?

I have been informed my back payment will be paid in installments by pip how much can you get in a lump sum before this happens

You will need to have agreed with the installments before they go ahead. It won't be a lump sum before the installments start. Did you ask them how much you will receive for each installment? Only they can tell you the answer to this. I'd advise you to ring PIP to ask.
