Hi! I'm Strangely

I've suffered from social and generalised anxiety for most of my life (I'm a 63 year old man) and I also suffer from crippling ibs pains which make my life hell quite often. I'm unable to work due to my mental health conditions.
I'm currently looking after my elderly friend who is 95 and showing signs of dementia. 
I worry constantly about everything: my health, financial worries (due mainly to the government's cruel welfare policies), my elderly friend, my future....The worry never ends.
I think I introduced myself a few weeks ago, but didn't go into much detail.
I'm hoping there are like minded people here who also find life difficult to cope with and then I might not feel so alone.😌

I'm sorry you're feeling so worried at the moment. It's not a nice time to be a disabled person with all this going on in the news. I hope we can provide some comfort and support

Hello @Strangely I am sorry you are having such a difficult time. Perhaps try the Coffee lounge under Categories for chats and games. It might help to take your mind of things for a while. Take care.
