I been fighting for PIP over 4 years and was awarded Friday but today the lady on the enquiry line said my back pays just over £1000.
I'm really confused now.
How can I address this, and with whom?

In a previous thread you said that you applied again a few months again. Therefore money owed will be from the date you applied this time, not from the previous years.

How much you’re owed will depend on what you’ve been awarded and what date you applied.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
