May I ask anyone can advise pls

Pip reported a change in health said they sending form out

Anyone kno what form they send 
is it like review form ?

Or like the one we filled in when we first done pip application ?

what happens next do they assess the form decision makers or does it go to assessment also how long does pip report change application take

It should be a PIP2 form the same as the one you filled in when you first claimed. Did you get some expert advice before reporting changes? If it's a worsening of condition you have then this doesn't mean you'll automatically be entitled to more points for a higher award.

Very likely your form will be sent to the health assessment providers. From there an assessment is most likely because most people have them. It could potentially be several months, maybe longer before you have a decision.

Once the decision is made your award could either stay the same, be reduced, increased or stop completely.

Regardless of which form you receive please make sure you treat it as a new claim.

Hi poppy thanks for reply My points stay same as I use aids daily living 

but my mobility changed I used to use aid 20-50 metres walk at home most days evening aided an I reported that last year I don’t use them 

but know I walk  hundred metres unaided but majority of day I can not walk 20-50 metres  repeatedly 
  

Recently 
also I become really distressed travelling an become anxious an don’t go to unfamiliar places I tried I got lost an can’t manage the travelling I become very emotional I suffer from anxiety recently started work few months  ago an over all it’s taken troll on my helath anxiety gone worse .took days of work 


my points will stay the same can I cancel the pip2 form report of change

If you're asking whether you can cancel the change of circumstances that you reported then all you can do is ring PIP to ask. 

Are you also aware that any worsening of condition must have been present for at least 3 months and expect it to last at least a further 9 months.
