I’m be just moved to Bath and have been assessed by the adult social care team and have recruited two carers to help me according to their rules on Direct pay basis! They have not been responding to my POAs requests for the funds to pay my carers so I have had to borrow money to pay them. I don’t understand how I’m in this position. They’ve been really poor from day one and I’ve had a seizure because of the stress I’m under! What can I do to get them to pay what they have agreed to pay me? Any advice would be great! Thanks

Hi @Wandy and welcome to the community. 
I'm sorry to hear the ASCT haven't been very helpful.  All I can suggest currently is to try and call them to sort this situation out, it sounds like there's been a mix up somewhere.
