If they owe you any money then you will receive that first and it will be in your bank 3-5 working days after payment was sent, unless you transferred from DLA and then you won't be owed any money.Your first 4 weekly payment will be about 4 weeks later. You will receive your decision letter in the next couple of weeks and it will tell you what you've been awarded, where you scored the points and what day of the week to expect your 4 weekly payments.1

Thank you it’s just all a bit confusing at the moment as I’m not sure when you start getting paid from as iv been told my first payment is 27th December but I first filled my forms in at the beginning of November0

Are you already receiving DLA? If not and you have phoned the PIP helpline and the automated system has told you the 27th December, this is not a reliable way to confirm future payments and if you are owed any back payments these are processed separately anyway. Please see Poppy's explanation above.mrsd123 said:Thank you it’s just all a bit confusing at the moment as I’m not sure when you start getting paid from as iv been told my first payment is 27th December but I first filled my forms in at the beginning of November0
