Is it because you recently spoke to someone from the DWP over the phone?

Often these are just surveys to track how their customer-facing staff are doing. It shouldn't have any questions related to yourself.

Most government departments have this scheme. It's a way to measure opinion and whether you have any helpful comments to put to them.
Every time after I had 'interviewed' individuals who had filed for bankruptcy it was a rule that the 'customer' was handed a survey form that asked if they were happy with the service provided and out of 10 how they felt after being 'interviewed' as to how and why they had become unable to repay their debts.
