HI all i know this has prob been asked before but i havent seen answers. My PIP ends a few months after i reach state pension age. do i have to make a new claim or will they send me review before i reach state pension as i hear you can not claim it after you reach state pension. hopefully someone will help my confusion t.i.a

woodbine said:You can not make a new claim once you reach retirement age, but an existing claim will continue, they will send you review when they are ready but once returned it can take upto 12 months but again the current claim will remain in payment.

If your award is due to end in a few months you should have been contacted already for your review.0

I did not say it ended in a few months i said it ends a few months after my retirement age and would i be sent review before that, Sorry for not being clear,0
