Injury not mentioned on pip2

I have had previous injury to my left ankle and knee.

I still have pain when walking but not as significant as other pain mentioned in pip2 form.

When writing the pip2 form I thought it was irrelevant. But actually I will be submitted my MR soon and want to include this with gait analysis report from chiropractor and include knee and hip pain when walking. Although not mentioned in pip2 form, would this be looked at?

If you mentioned that actual condition then yes you can include more information. If you didn't mention it at all then unfortunately, they will not take that into consideration. They will only take into consideration how your conditions were at the time the assessment took place.

Are you also aware that for PIP one of the criteria is you must expect that condition to last at least a further 9 months. For an injury, you may not pass the forward test.

    Actually it's not an injury.

So my condition is arm pain made worse by walking.

I did mention in my telephone assessment it could be due to imbalance when walking.

However, I am now looking to produce a gait analysis of my walking to prove imbalance and coordination.

The new condition I would like to mention is the knee and hip pain when walking.

Maybe I should mention it and if not successful then report as change of condition.

As you said it's a "new condition" which you didn't previously mention then they will not take that into consideration.

Please be very very careful about reporting changes because doing this means you'll be sent more forms to fill in and return. Any new decision made will overrule a decision they will be made in the future from the MR or Tribunal. This means that if you're awarded at MR or Tribunal stage you will create what's known as a closed period and will only be awarded from the date of your first claim to the date of your 2nd claim.
