HSD/HEDS and problems at work

I have HSD/HEDS. Does anyone else have problems at work. For the past year or so I have been allowed to take two breaks while at work. The first one for half an hour to take my various medications and rest, and the second one for approximately 15 minutes so I can take my Oramorph and sit/rest. I am not and don’t expect to be paid for the breaks. However about 2 weeks ago I was told I am no longer allowed to take the second break. I pointed out to them that Occupational Health said that they should continue to support me in the manner that they have been, but because the Occupational Health letter doesn’t specifically state 2 breaks and the times then I am no longer allowed the second break. I am now struggling every day and paying the price every evening. Surely this can’t be right. Can anyone advise/help me on how to deal with this situation?
