Hi @peachypie, here's a Citizen's Advice page on what to do if PIP is stopped. Has it been more than a month since the decision to stop it has happened?
I would also try to get her in contact with Citizen's Advice to get her the help of a Benefits adviser. They will be able to help her get in a formal complaint on the decision to have it reviewed. Or if that fails they will be able to help her with a new application if needed and other resources!
Can I ask is she doing okay in regard to money and support?0 -
She really upset as she says what money can she owe then do they always send letters out like this saying theyve stopped her money and she owes them does she actually owe them the last payment as it was paid on the deadline apparently she's got bad mental health so she's not well0

For the money they say she owes then it will depend on what date PIP was actually stopped. If she's returned the form then she will need to ring them when they open after Christmas because if they've then received the form they can put the award back into payment.
