Anyone else had these when logging into Universal credit

Answer a few equality questions

The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 defines a disability as:
"a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long term adverse effect on a person's ability to carry our normal day-to-day activities."
Do you meet the definition of disability under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995?

A few members have had the same thing. Sounds like a survey they are doing. I manage my daughters UC but she hasn't received anything yet.

I've not had that.  I'm on LCW, I think I'd be tempted to leave it..

You don't have to fill it in, it's optional.

My wife and I had this too. I was annoyed that they only let you choose one reason for disability. I have a whole range of health issues so had to choose just one.

I think you could only tick one box, unless you tick "Other" and just type them all in.
