Legal support against disability discrimination at employment tribunal

Hey @r25j, welcome to the online community
My partner very recently was dismissed and in part due to her disability. We eventually reached a settlement and avoided a tribunal because we needed it resolved quickly, but ACAS was very helpful in providing us with advice and options on legal support. They are not legal support themselves, but they are an independent public body for workplace issues and disputes. Here's a link to their advice section, they also have a helpline you can call.
Sorry if you've already tried them, I can try to look for something more direct to your question!1 -
I have tried them but it was not useful0
