I have managed to email provider but just to say if anyone responds to any of my questions posted here I may not be able to respond for a few days...

Landline loud crackle too, not that I use it but all connected.

Hi regarding internet connection, I use a hotspot on my mobile phone to my laptop and I have never had a problem.  Just incase the battery goes when I am using it, I leave it plugged in on charge
